We aim to dispatch your order as soon as we possibly can. If you order before 1pm on Mondays - Thursdays, your order will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday. Our next day service means next working day. We DO NOT currently deliver items on Saturdays. If you require this service please contact us as we can sometimes arrange this.

UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
We do deliver to UK islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland at the same cost, however our 2nd class service may take a little longer to be delivered. Items on a next day service (includes Saturday delivery to these locations) are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and orders must be placed before 1pm for this service.
We ship to most of Europe, America, Canada and Australia.

£19.99 2-5 Day Delivery
Place your order by 12.00pm GMT and your order will be delivered to you within 2-5 working days. If you require a more specific delivery estimate please contact our customer care team.
Seven days full refund is available from the date of delivery provided that our products are returned with their full receipt, unused and in their original packaging. Our returns policy is subject to our discretion and is based on whether we believe it is an authentic return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect otherwise, in these circumstances your product will be posted back to you.
Exchanges will be honoured subject to availability (with the exception of the items listed below) within 7 days, beginning the day after your order is delivered. Items must be returned, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.
Please email us info@karimlondon.com for an authorisation number to ensure a replacement size is available. Unfortunately your shipping and handling charges, on exchange items, are your responsibility. Karim London is not liable for loss of garments being returned. Please consider using a tracked and insured service to protect yourself
