Return Policy


Easy Returns & Free Exchanges

At Karim London, we want you to love every piece you choose. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, our straightforward return and exchange process is designed to make things simple and hassle-free.

Return Window

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery by submitting your return through our Returns Portal.

Once your return is submitted, you then have an additional 14 days to send the item back using the shipping label provided.

Return Label & Shipping Fees

A prepaid return shipping label is available through our portal for your convenience. A £15 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping costs. If your item is faulty or incorrect, this fee will not apply and we will cover the cost of return.

Exchanges

Your first exchange ships free with no return shipping fee and no shipping costs for sending the replacement, whether you want a different size, colour, or style. Exchanges are shipped once we receive your original item. If you need your replacement faster, we recommend returning the original for a refund and placing a new order.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth and easy return, please ensure items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, clean, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet or human hair, or any other signs of wear.
  • Items must be returned with all original tags attached, including original packaging and any accessories.

Refund Processing

While processing times may vary depending on your payment method, we will keep you informed at every step, starting with a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

  • PayPal: Refunds process within 48 hours of approval.
  • Store Credit: Issued within 48 hours, perfect for fast reorders.
  • Card Payments: Processed within 10–15 business days.

Important Information

  • Return Process: To ensure your items are insured and tracked, all returns must be processed through our return portal using our designated return service. 
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item is faulty.
  • Late Returns: Return notifications made after the 14-day window may not be eligible under consumer law. We kindly ask that all requests are submitted through the returns portal within this timeframe to ensure eligibility.
  • Same-Country Returns: Returns must be shipped from the same country where your order was delivered due to customs and shipping restrictions.
  • Return Review: All returns are carefully reviewed. If an item does not meet our return criteria, we may be unable to issue a refund. In such cases, return shipping fees may apply or store credit may be offered as an alternative where appropriate.
  • Mixed Payments: If you used both store credit and another payment method, such as a credit card, your refund will be split accordingly, starting with the store credit.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or defective so we can assist you promptly.
  • Compliance: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. For customers outside the UK, we apply the same fair standards and follow best practices for International returns and exchanges.
